Beds are so comfy, people are so polite and responsive, food is great, can't wait to get back next summer! Son loves the game room and water play area, daughter loves the pool and ability to sit away from the noise to read, husband and daughter loves the workout area, I love the hot tub and equip'd kitchen...can't beat it! Parking is a little challenging cause we had to park across the street this time. But the location is so great that the car stayed parked all but one night.... not a big deal...

My family and I had to travel in to town for a funeral. With all the stress, you would have thought we'd have a hard time sleeping, the rooms were quiet and comfortable. They were doing construction and still had the sense to not start until well into the morning and stopped early enough that we didn't even have to smell the dust. The pool was nice and my son enjoyed it while the grown up talked. One of the ladies at the desk was less than friendly but she was probably just having a bad morning. I will continue to make this hotel my go to hotel when I have to travel to Pittsburgh for any reason.

The room was great, the people are always great - the only thing I have to complain about is when it says there is a fully equip kitchen, I shouldn't have to call down to ask for things like cereal bowls and juice glass. Other than that, it's always a great stay and well worth the money.

We always enjoy our stay at this hotel, and finally got in to have dinner at the restaurant. While this stay wasn't as great as usual; the housekeeping staff needs to ensure the room is better prepared for guests; the people were great as usual. Very friendly..... but the restaurant wasn't worth the wait or the money. We usually get a higher floor room and this time we got stuck with a tree for our view - but I like that the bar at the pool closes early enough not to prevent sleep and my son loves the game room! Will still go back because the benefits and friendliness of the staff far outweigh the dust and lack of kitchen supplies (since they brought them right away).

Everyone is always so nice - and I love the convenience. Just wish the bartender was nicer - after all, how many photo IDs do you carry in your wallet???? Refused to serve a 21 year-old man (who was with his father) because she was unfamiliar with a Michigan drivers license. Not good service.

The staff and management were so accommodating. Even when there was an issue they couldn't control and had nothing to do with them they worked really hard to help us rectify things and made our stay that much more enjoyable. The restaurant staff was wonderful. The bartender was very funny and makes a great drink. Just don't expect a balcony :-(
