Yes, I recommend this property.

We recently stayed at the HI in PCB the week after Christmas for a high school basketball tournament. I must say this was one of the nicest Holiday Inns that I have visited! The rooms were very large and having 2 separate vanity areas was great! The beds were comfortable and the view was super. I would stay here again!

no complimentary breakfast. However do have an on-site restaurant, but didn't eat there at all.
