How old do you have to be to rent a room?

The minimum age to book a room is 18, if any of the accompanying guests are under 18 and are not traveling with a parent or guardian they must have a notarized minor consent form on file at the resort prior to arrival. I have a large family expect 6 2 adults 4 chidren

can you accommodate in one room

Our guest rooms feature a full-sized refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and can sleep up to 6 people. We do have a family room type that features a queen bed and two sets of bunk beds that would be perfect for a family of 6. You can call us directly at the hotel at (800) 633-0266 and one of our reservationists will be glad to speak with you and check availability. *Though our rooms can sleep up to 6 people if your party includes more than 2 adults extra person fees may apply.

Do you have a heated pool during the winter months?

We have a large outdoor lagoon style pool as well as a smaller fountain pool and both are open year round. Now the larger lagoon pool will not necessarily be heated because it’s based on occupancy when that one is heated but the fountain pool will be. We also have a large hot tub on the pool deck that seats 20+ people.

What is the process for renting beach chairs, towels, umbrellas etc.? Do I have to or can I bring my own?

Our resort offers Beach Service Attendants who are happy to assist guests with rentals of beachside lounge chairs and expansive umbrellas. Guests are more than welcome to bring their own beach chairs and umbrellas with them to the beach; they have to be picked up by 7pm every day because Panama City Beach has an ordinance against leaving things on the beach overnight. We have pool towels that are available from our pool attendant; however we do not provide beach towels.

Do you offer free breakfast?

We have several great money saving packages that include breakfast and beach bucks that can be used for dining. Our kids eat free program is available for kids age 12 years old and under dining in the hotel's restaurant from the Kid's menu and when accompanied by a family member dining from the regular menu.
