Customer service great, pleasant smile & welcome outside appearance nice, but once past elevator not so great reminds me of a cheaper motel, room ac noisy and did not cool well, was placed next to a group that was doing work in area and they kept meeting next door and slamming the doors, yelling at each other loud in hallways up till after midnight. Easy to get in and out of hotel no real perks for IHG Platinum Members a very small bottle of water and a small kids size garonola bar, internet was Extremely slow so I just thetered with my cellphone it worked much faster.

If you want the following things to happen stay here but you asked for it, requested it, read it, & will pay for it.
1) Poor at Best Management Staff
2) Bugs Yep was bitten up by bed bugs
3) NO responses or actions to resolve issues
4) Dirty rooms, under clothes, and other gross used items around the beds
5) broken high chair
6) burnt coffe
7) poor attitudes by employees
8) NO action taken by security especially by non registered hotel guests
9) things going on in the pools that should be in the rooms instead
10) parking is off site

If it was not for the Superior Customer Service I would have checked out minutes after checking in, room had no AC, NO air movement so very stuffy, guy next door was yelling at his tv, food in restaurant was very limited and not too good, but the drinks were made GREAT! the customer service was Superior they moved me rooms, still AC worked very lightly and did not really cool room they are still working on this HUGE Issue so it maybe better later but you may want to check on it first. Also hotel has A LOT of outside noise buses and homeless outside yelling at each other in the streets.
Side Note: This hotel is 1 Million Times better than the Holiday Inn Panama City Beach Florida Resort so NEVER Stay there!

They did an Amazing Job at the NEW Building, the rooms are large, clean, and very well put together, parking was easy, even during some minor construction phases still being completed. I do have a few minor complaints, NO Coffee in lobby you have to go to the restaurant next door where they charge you, no paper delivered to your room in morning, I stayed the week when Comic Con was in so the hallways were loud along with the rooms next door, I contacted the front desk about all the noise the young guy working seemed to blow it off as it being busy and not really anything he could do but would contact security to have them walk the floor, nothing was done, only real complaint. The food next door was good, the view of the harbor next door amazing, but you also heard some street noise in return, you can walk to several places, hotel easy to get in and out and very short distance to airport.

New Hotel, rooms very clean, large and comfortable, not to far from all the restuarants, the only bigger downsides to this property as of today is this, its not easy to get in and out for you to make left hand turns, also they run out of coffee and cups (larger ones often) NO tea's offered but I guess you could go to the restaurant and get that, but I just want to grab and go. Property is Beautiful!

can you childproof balconys upon request?
the door handles that go out to the balcony are up higher and have to be lifted a certain way in order to gain access to the balcony, but as with any door leading to the outside you should watch your children

sorry, I was reviewing another location, this hotel does have zero entry pool. also has a baby/toddler pool but that one is not a zero entry.
