Reliable and Good Value

The staff is friendly, the room was updated and clean. There was sufficient parking and it was close to many dining options. You even get a free drink at the hotel bar each day you stay there. It is a great value, especially during the summer/vacation season.

Too many issues

Checked in and found dirty bathroom, issues with breakfast coupons and cob webs around window in room. Wasn't a positive experience. Did speak to customer service on my return home. First time I have had an issue with Holiday Inn.

This place rocks

According to my 17 year old daughter - a self described hotel snob - this place rocks! We stayed other places on the way there, and on the way home. No others came close. This room was spacious, had a great view, modern amenities, refrigerator, microwave, nice TV and was REALLY CLEAN. The bathroom was perfect, too.
Elevators are fast enough. Parking area is well lit and has sufficient spaces. Staff is very attentive - except in the restaurant. Bar (nice!)

After several stays at other hotels this summer, the staff and the room at this Holiday Inn was way above average. The other hotels were not Holiday inn.

Unique historic hotel with a nice atmosphere. Hotel staff were great! Don't expect a classy modern room given the buildings age...the nostalgia outweighs the smaller rooms.

We had a great stay at the Muskegon Holiday Inn. It was close to where we were visiting. The staff in the bar/lounge were awesome. The food was good. The staff were all very nice and attentive and helpful.

Auf unserer IHG Seite weisen wir auf diese hin, aber klar, helfen tut das nicht wirklich, wenn Sie sich tagsüber etwas mehr im Hotel aufhalten, zum Beispiel bei schlechtem Wetter, was wir ja die letzten Tage zur genüge hatten...
Grundsätzlich dürfen lärmende Arbeiten nur wochentags zwischen 10 und 18 Uhr stattfinden. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn Sie uns im kommenden Sommer nochmal eine Chance gäben, dann können Sie Ihr Frühstück im neu erschaffenen IMLAUER Sky Bar und Restaurant genießen, bei schönem Wetter sogar auf der Terasse desselben (Fertigstellung bis Mitte November2014). There is an upgrade fee if you would like to guarantee an early arrival or if you would like to change the room type to an upgraded room type to be able to check in early. I will be traveling with my 4 grandchildren, two of whom are under 12 years old. Will both of them be able to eat free breakfasts, or just one, since I will be the only adult with them?

The Kids Eat Free Program does apply to all meals that you have in the Main Applebee's Restaurant where the children 12 and under eat from the Kids eat Free Menu.
