Hotel Indigo Boston - Newton Riverside

Awful experience

Room had air conditioning that made unbearable noise and didnt work - tried several times to get it resolved but staff were unable to so had to switch it off completely - thus the room was uncomfortably warm.
Thin walls also meant I had to listen to screaming college girls in the room next door to me until after midnight.
Wont be going back if I can avoid it

Appreciate the review and I apologize for the A/C not working properly. I will share your comments with my Maintenance staff. We did have a girls college soccer team in during your stay. We do our best to block them away from our businees travelers, especially our PCR members. We were sold out during your stay and unfortunately were out of optioms. Thanks again for the commens.

Bad experience made worse...

I'm telling everyone I know not to stay in Hotel Indigo Music Row. After registering a complaint about an awful stay in January, and following up later, I have simply been told to contact hotel management. If you want to have a fun weekend with your wife there are plenty of other great places to stay in Nashville. If you have to meet with a potential employer the next day (as I did), don't expect to stay here and get any sleep. I've worked in the hospitality industry, but have never seen a serious complaint handled this unprofessionally.

Great room, difficulty with the service

The room was expansive, and impressive when you walked in. We stayed for 2 nights and our room never got cleaned. The second night when we returned from downtown Nashville, we asked for 2 clean towel sets and someone brought us a couple of bath towels and bath mats, no washclothes or hand towels as we asked for. The next morning we had to request again. I suppose it was a minor flaw in our stay, but it was frustrating considering the price of our stay. I would expect better.

waste of money

I can't believe I paid so much for this room. The only thing going for this hotel was the proximity to the start line of the Rock-n-Roll marathon in Nashville. "Boutique" hotel? What a joke. Bad food, service and room. Charged us the wrong rate and it took 3 calls to have the correction made even though we had an email with the correct rate quote. I'll never stay in a property by this company again! FYI no pool.

Hotel Indigo Miami Dadeland
Like Miami itself, our recently renovated hotel is tough to classify as one thing. It has a unique 1970s architecture, while the lobby of the Hotel Indigo Miami Dadeland hotel is a modern neighborhood gathering place where everyone is treated like family by our bilingual team members. Thats probably because our pet-friendly hotel is located close to everything from South Beach to a world-class hospital to the Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden and the Dadeland Mall. Miamis attractions are a quick hop away for vacationers, while corporate travelers make use of our 24-hour business center, free high-speed wireless, and easy airport access. No matter why youre here, however, cooling off with a dip in our outdoor pool is a must-do.

Charming Boutique Hotel style Inn

Nestled on a Neighborhood side street away from the hustle and bustle of the noisy elements outside, this hotel felt more like an Inn with great sophistication and class. The decor being modern well lit and refreshing was very welcoming to this tired traveler I felt I had been transended to a similar Boutique hotel enviornment in Quebec, many years before, with all of its charm and delightfully eager staff to assist at a moments notice. So alert and attentive they were I bearly had to think of a thing. This made for a most relaxing evening for which we enjoyed the selections presented in their open Bohemian style dining room. It all blended so well.. I actually wish my trip to the airport the next day could be postponded. The convenience of the entrance to the highwas 836 and then directly onto Route 826 sped us to the airport next day in 20 minutes.
I would very much recommend this hotel for one night or a week and I plan to return and see the sights of Miami I never had the opportunity or time to see. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to write this review.

I will be traveling with my 4 grandchildren, two of whom are under 12 years old. Will both of them be able to eat free breakfasts, or just one, since I will be the only adult with them?
